Designed to level the esports playing field, the Mtn Dew Real Change Challenge focuses on increasing Black representation by spotlighting HBCU student gamers and fueling their drive into the competitive world of esports.

Year 3 of the program culminated at the Ultimate Game in Atlanta in October 2023. This season was in partnership with RDC World and Mortal Kombat.
